As Christians we are all called to be a witness, but what exactly does that mean and how can we best represent Christ to the world around us? In March 2021, the Barna Group asked U.S. churchgoers if they knew what the Great Commission was. More than half (51%) had no idea, another 25% said they had heard of it but didn’t know what it meant and 6% were unsure. A tiny fraction, 17%, could explain what it was. That means we have a huge opportunity not only to teach our church what the Great Commission is, but to help them learn the skills to live it out in their everyday lives. This 4-part series is designed to give people practical things they can do to witness, for Jesus, this year!
